We understand that you may need to make changes on your purchase order, and for this reason we inform you about our options for exchanges on items purchased:
Refunds
We do not, under any reason, refund money.
Returns & Store Credits
Online shopping, social media or phone purchases:
In order to process the exchange of an item, you have a period of 5 days from the day you receive your order. You must email Info@treschicavenue.com, indicating the reason for the change and your order number. Please consider that we are not responsible for items sent to the Boutique without prior authorization from the staff at Tres Chic Avenue.
All items that have been sold with an exclusive discount will not have an option to exchange/Store Credit.
If the exchange is accepted, a 15% restock fee, of the ticket value of the item to be exchange, will be charged for operating expenses.
If and when exchanges are approved, you must do the following:
1. Send items back to Tres Chic Avenue located at 3705 Belmore Ln Pearland Texas 77584. The item to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with the original tags intact and in original packaging. Attach a note in the package that includes your name, telephone number and email to contact you upon receipt of the item. Shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend that you pay attention to the status of your shipment so that you can communicate to Tres Chic Avenue when your package is delivered so that we are able to proceed with the exchange.
2. In the event, that the item sent has manufacturing defects or an incorrect item has been sent from Tres Chic Avenue, it will have to be reported within the first 3 days after receiving your order. In that case, Tres Chic Avenue is responsible for the shipping costs of the new product and the return of the item in poor condition.
3. Upon receiving the item, we will confirm that it is in perfect condition to proceed with the exchange according to our stock in store and warehouse.
4. If there is no item in stock for which you wish to make the exchange, you will be given a credit for the purchase value of the exchanged item (less 15%). Same that can be used in a period of 7 days from the receipt of your item in the boutique. We do not give any money refunds for any reason.
5. Exchange credits cannot be used for online purchases or items with special discounts.
